Work it out. Then take it to someone.
Tools that run the same deterministic calculations the platform itself uses. They compute a figure and tell you what the figure is — they do not assess you, score you, or predict what a lender will do.
Nothing you type here is sent anywhere, saved, or associated with you. It exists in this tab until you close it.
Available now
Three, because three calculations exist in the deterministic kernel. These run that kernel — they are not a browser copy of it.
Credit utilization
The share of a revolving limit currently in use, as it would be reported. Works for one card or for all of them together — use the totals.
Enter both figures to see the result.
Emergency reserve coverage
How many months of essential expenses a reserve currently covers. Essential means what you would still have to pay if income stopped.
Housing, utilities, food, transport, insurance, minimum debt payments.
Enter both figures to see the result.
Debt-to-income ratio
Monthly debt payments as a share of monthly income. Lenders calculate their own version using their own definitions of both figures.
What you pay each month toward debts — not the balances.
Enter both figures to see the result.
Not yet — and what each one is waiting for
Named with its actual gate rather than a date. Two of them may never become calculators at all, and it is more useful to say so than to leave them on a list.
- Cash flowA deterministic income-and-outgoings contract. Categorising a transaction is a judgement about money, and it has to be defined once in the kernel before a tool can apply it.
- Savings goalA goal contract that holds a target, a date and a contribution schedule. Dividing one by the other is trivial; agreeing what a goal IS, so two surfaces answer the same way, is not.
- Debt payoffAn amortization contract. Ordering debts by rate or by balance produces different plans, and which ordering the platform endorses is a decision nobody has recorded.
- Home readinessThis one may never be a calculator. What a lender will lend is a lending decision, and a tool that produced a figure would be predicting an outcome no one here controls.
- Vehicle costA total-cost-of-ownership contract covering depreciation, insurance, fuel and servicing. Every input is jurisdiction-specific, and a version that quietly assumed one country would be wrong everywhere else.
- Tax reserveNothing here will estimate a tax liability. The rate depends on jurisdiction, structure, allowable expenses and total income, and determining it is a qualified professional's work. If a tool arrives, it will organize what to set aside against a figure a professional gave you.
Round-up simulation is deterministic and the rules for it exist — but it simulates allocations against a client's own accounts, so it belongs inside a signed-in plan rather than on a public page. It is not missing; it is somewhere else.
A number is a starting point, not an answer.
What a figure means for you depends on the rest of your situation — and that is a conversation, not a calculation.
